In October 2020, Curdie Car Care will celebrate its 20th birthday as a successful and reputable repair and service centre in Cobden. At 128 Silvester St, the business stands like a beacon in the building formerly occupied by the Heytesbury Shire works team.
Owned by Trevor and Sue Clarke, Curdie Car Care has gone from strength-to-strength, gaining strong custom from the Cobden and district community while the couple and their four boys support many different organisations – sporting, education and others, including the Cobden Business Network.
Trevor has employed three apprentices, two of whom are still working in the business currently. His interest in the development of young people is shown by his preparedness to attain teaching qualifications and his involvement in instructing automotive students at Cobden Technical School.
